Richard Blais' unique approach to cooking and third level sommelier, Justin Amick's (a star in his own right)sophisticated wine list make this a winning combination. All the right ingredients, location, great food, unique experience and fair price points; why can't other restaurants do this as well. it looks like Concentrics has come up wioth another winner
